These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you a right, these terms do not take it away.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes, materials and colours. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different in person. Sizes given by our suppliers may vary by a small margin.
Product images are representative. Where a product has several variants, the image shown may not be the exact variant you select.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless your browser is displaying another currency. Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.
Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Using this website
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy our text and images for commercial use without our permission.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Pet safety
Our products are accessories, not veterinary or medical products. Supervise your pet when introducing anything new, follow any instructions supplied, and speak to your vet if your pet is unwell or injured.
